Any server with 2 or more drives can be setup in a software/hardware RAID configuration, we suggest that you use either RAID 1 or RAID 10 if you are storing vital data on your server. Below are the different options.

| RAID-0 | Combines 2 or more drives into one. | 2 or more drives |
| RAID-1 | Mirrors data from primary to secondary drive | 2 or more drives or equal size |
| RAID-5 | Mirrors and stripes data from primary to secondary drive | 3 or more drives or equal size |
| RAID-10 | Combines RAID 1 and 0 to produce mirroring and speed | 4 or more drives or equal size |
